By accessing or using TaskNote, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TaskNote is a productivity application for creating and managing notes, tasks, and reminders. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
You may need an account to use some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
TaskNote encrypts notes on your device. Your encryption key is not stored on our servers and we cannot recover it for you.
To access encrypted notes on a new device, you must import your key file after signing in.
If you lose your key file, encrypted notes cannot be recovered.

You agree not to use TaskNote for unlawful activities, to harm others, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with the service.
The TaskNote application, website, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.
We aim to keep TaskNote available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, outages, or technical issues may occur.
TaskNote offers both free and paid (Pro) plans. You can find detailed information about our pricing and features on our Pricing page.
Payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their terms of service.

We may use third party infrastructure providers to operate the service. Your use of TaskNote may also be subject to third party terms for those services.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we believe your use creates risk for the service or other users. You may stop using TaskNote at any time.
TaskNote is provided as is and as available. We do not provide warranties of any kind, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business.
