A satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be glad you paid for TaskNote. Although this is a digital product with instant access, there is a 14 day money back guarantee. If the Pro features do not make your work easier, we refund you.

When a refund applies

We refund in full in these cases:

• Not satisfied:the app did not do what you expected.
• Something is broken:the app does not work properly on your device.
• Charged twice:you were billed more than once by mistake.

How to ask

You do not have to explain yourself. To start a refund:

1. Write to us at hi@task-note.com.
2. Include your order number (it starts with # and is in your email receipt).

Please do not use the public bug tracker for refund requests, so your personal details stay off a public page.

How long it takes

We look at refund requests within one to two working days.
Once approved, the money goes back to the card or account you paid with, through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. That usually takes five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
